Hi guys, I’m Lauren

I am a travel addict, music lover and self confessed food junkie.

Born and bred in East London and the cockney accent follows me everywhere.

I’m a bit of a wanderer, one of those strange people who book flights to random ‘why the hell are you going there??’ sorts of places. There always the most fun!

I currently run two separate part time businesses that come together to provide whole food based nutrition & health products to cusomers, and a fantastic life changing business opportunity

  • Health2Own Project: Helping people achieve their ultimate health & fitness goals with 1 on 1 mentoring and globally recognized health products ❤
  • Female Fortune Network: For women who are seeking a better than average life, and are on the road to achieving financial and time freedom

I’ve created this Lifestyle & Travel blog to document a bit of everything in my life.

I promise to blog about my adventures, mishaps, recommendations, epic fails and lessons learnt along the way (its sure to be entertaining).

Feel free to take a look around to see what tickles your fancy. If you’d like to see something on LwithL that hasn’t yet been posted please just ask!

Don’t forget to comment and kick up a convo, after all its a bit weird when you’re writing to yourself..😊

  2. Extremely interesting life you are living my new friend! (sigh, so few of us left . . . 🙂 Ha!)

“Life’s too short to settle for second best” and you epitomize that positive lifestyle. Being a world traveler myself, I enjoyed reading and seeing where you have traveled. Couldn’t help but follow you and I look forward to reading more. Blessings back,

  3. Hey there Lauren! I was introduced to your blog from Niki..congrats on the Liebster Award. 🙂 The post she linked to was about your swimming with the whale sharks in the Philippines. My family is from the Philippines but I was born in the US. I have not been to the Philippines since I was 12 years old (due to school, work, and now kids)–even though my parents go almost yearly. Thank you for sharing your story. I look forward to reading about your adventures!

  4. I saw your link on Dream Big. I am a chronic pain sufferer who often has difficulty sitting in a car for more than 1/2 hour. While I did manage to make it on an Alaskan Cruise a couple of years ago, it was mostly because I didn’t have to fly to get to the port it was leaving from! So I look forward to living vicariously through your travels!

      1. Thanks Lauren, I just looked it up. I don’t have a problem with getting enough fruit and vegetables, in fact it is the mainstay of my diet. I take several pain medications and supplements; however, the arthritis and fibromyalgia (just two of my problems) are very debilitating so long travel isn’t easy. On the cruise ship I was able to go to our cabin and rest when I needed to.
