Here’s one of Liam and I’s most recent healthy dinners. Its all approved on our Juiceplus meal plan and has got to be up there with my top 3 so far – I’m loving the tomato based sauces at the mo!
This will feed 2-3…dependant on how greedy you are :o)
What you’ll need:
- Coconut oil
- Red Onion
- Crushed Garlic
- Tomato puree
- Red cabbage
- Chopped tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Feta Cheese
- Worchester Sauce
How you’ll do it:
Preheat the pan and grease in coconut oil while you chop away at everything that needs to be chopped
Add the onions and meatballs in the pan to start cooking, adding the garlic and cabbage a few minutes after.
Once the meatballs are brown, add all things tomatoey and the Worchester sauce into the pan.
Let it cook for a bit longer, giving it a good old stir along the way
Add your cheese and leave to melt.
Serve in the pan while piping hot..bon appetit!
