Detox Day

Have you ever just felt like you really need a detox day?

This happens to me quite often. After a heavy weekend, or a really busy week; sometimes all you need is a day to completely chill, pamper yourself and rejuvenate before a new week starts. Sometimes its the key to good health!

Sundays are my favorite day to give my body those well needed nutrients; to refuel and set me up for the following week.

Why not try this 1 Day Detox Plan tomorrow, and see how it makes you feel?

Wake up and have a green tea with Lemon..

BREAKFAST (within 1 hour of waking)

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbs. flaxseed
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 spinach
  • 1 Tbs Almond butter
  • 2 Tsp lemon juice

LUNCH

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 squeezed lime
  • 1 tbs melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup pineapple

DINNER

black_grape_detox_juice

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbs flaxseed
