Oh snacking..I love to snack! Did you know that eating more can actually help you to lose weight? 

The biggest mistake people make in what they eat is not necessarily their dinners, most of the time it’s what they eat in between to cure those hunger pangs!

Here’s 5 super filling, healthy, nutritious snacks to keep your metabolism working all day.

  Pita bread and hummus

Wholemeal pittas with hummus are a great snack when you’re feeling tired. You’ve got your slow releasing carbs and hummus which is a good source of fat. Switch your afternoon chocolate bar for this and you will feel so much better.

  Popcorn

Yes I said it right, popcorn is a healthy snack! Ok not the ones that you get in the paper bag in cinema filled with sugar and salt, but the ones that you can buy and microwave at home..ass some cinnamon for some added extra flavour 

  Greek Yoghurt

Packs nearly twice as much protein as dairy products, and tastes lovely! You can add this in fruit 

  Citrus fruits

  Rice Cakes

For a very filling afternoon snack, spread some almond butter, a banana or some tuna and cucumber on one or two rices cakes to keep you full all the way up to dinner!
